1/2 pound of Large shrimp, peeled and devained
1 teaspoon butter, or oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
2 medium bosc pears, peeled, cored and sliced
splash of pear liqueur, optional
salt & Pepper to taste
1. Heat butter in skillet and saute shrimp until cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove to warm plate.
2. In the same skillet saute pears until tender, about 6 minutes. Sprinkle with dill and add a splash of pear liquor or a splash of champagne.
3. On a plate arrange sauteed pears on bed of greens, place sauteed shrimp on top and garnish with additional chopped dill. Serve warm.
