Ingredients: 3 c boiled fish. 4 c potatoes cut into strips. 1/2 c scallions. 2 tb butter. 2 ea eggs. 1 1/2 c whipped cream. 1 1/2 ts salt. pepper.
Directions:Melt butter in a pan and fry scallions until light brown. Grease a baking form with butter and make the first layer from potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper, then goes a layer from fish and the last layer is potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper.
