Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tbs flour 3 tbs cocoa (she uses unsweetened) 2 eggs 1/2 cup butter, melted 1 1/4 cup evaporated milk 1/4 cup water 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup coconut (sweetened) 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Directions:Combine sugar, flour and cocoa. Stir in eggs and butter, add milk, water pecans and coconut; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until set |
