Ingredients: 10 ounces goat cheese 1/2 cup light cream or milk 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon each: fresh snipped chives, parsley and basil Pepper to taste Directions:Combine the goat cheese, cream or milk and lemon juice in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Stir in the chopped herbs, and season with pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve |
