Ingredients: 3/4 to 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon lemon rind 7 cups apples (tart apples)
Directions:Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into a frozen pie crust. Dot with butter. Top with other frozen pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes. |
