Ingredients: 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine 3 cups sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 package (12 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 jar (7 ounces) Kraft Marshmallow Crиme 1 cup chopped pecans 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:In a 4-quart bowl or casserole, microwave the butter or margarine on high heat for 1 minute or until melted. Add the sugar and milk. Mix well. Microwave 5 more minutes or until the mixture begins to boil, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix well and scrape the bowl. Continue cooking 6 more minutes. Stir after 3 minutes. Gradually stir in the chips until melted. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 9-inch square or 13x9-inch baking pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut into squares. |
