2 1/4 tsp Dry yeast
1 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
1 cup Bread flour
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Crumbled 7-grain cereal
3 tbsp Nonfat dry milk
1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp Butter/margarine
1/8 cup Dark molasses
1 cup Plus 3 T plus 2 t warm
1 Add ingredients in the order listed.
2 All ingredients must be at room temperature, unless otherwise noted.
3 Select whole grain and baking control for light.
4 Press start.
5 Tent a piece of aluminum foil, shiny side down, over glass dome at start of baking.
6 Remove when cooling begins.
7 Bread will be ready in 4 hours and 10 minutes.
8 A dark, moist loaf that"s perfect for sandwiches! such is the reward when slicing into a loaf of 7-grain bread.
