Ingredients: 2 table spoons of all-purpose flour 2 table spoons of mayonnaise 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon household soda chicken beef pork mutton
Directions:Combine the flour, mayonnaise, egg and household soda and the mixture whisk thoroughly. Chop the meat into 1-15 cm bars across fibers, roll in dry spices and leave for an hour or two. Dip the spiced meat into the klyar and immediately fry in deep fat or vegetable oil. |
