Ingredients: 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping 3 drops green food coloring 1 cup boiling water 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand X-TREME Watermelon Flavor Gelatin 2 cups ice cubes 1 Tbsp. BAKER`S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunks, chopped Total time: 45 min Directions:1. Mix whipped topping and food coloring; spoon evenly into 4 dessert dishes to make "rind for watermelon." Place in freezer while preparing gelatin. 2. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until gelatin is dissolved. Add ice cubes. Stir until gelatin thickens (about 5 minutes). Remove any unmelted ice cubes. 3. Spoon gelatin evenly into prepared dessert dishes. Place chocolate in gelatin to make "watermelon seeds." Refrigerate 30 minutes or until gelatin is firm. |
