Ingredients: 3/4 cup HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter 1 cup milk 1/4 cup strawberry preserves Total time: 4 hr 10 min Directions:1. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix crumbs and butter. Press about 1 Tbsp. of the crumb mixture into each cup; top each with about 1 Tbsp. of the whipped topping. 2. Gradually add milk to peanut butter in medium bowl, mixing until well blended. Add pudding mix. Beat 1 to 2 minutes until blended. Gently stir in remaining whipped topping. Spoon into cups. Top each with 1 tsp. preserves. 3. Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Peel off paper just before serving. |
