3/4 cup miso paste, (fermented soybean paste)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil, or soybean oil
1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon peel
Total time: 10 min
1. Mix miso, water and ginger in a blender. Strain and return liquid to blender.
2. Add lemon juice, sugar, oil and lemon zest. Mix well. Serve over mixed greens or sliced cucumber.
