(6 oz.)long-grain and wild rice pilaf with seasoning packet 2 cups water 1/3 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted Total time: 35 min Directions:1. Cook and stir onion in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes or until tender. Add spinach and rice; cook an additional 2 minutes. 2. Add water and seasoning packet; bring to boil. 3. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 18 to 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in almonds; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. |
