1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) CAMPBELL'S Condensed Chicken Broth or Beef Broth (1-1/3 cups)
1 cup frozen peas
1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
Total time: 15 min
1. Cook and stir onion in butter in 2-quart saucepan until tender.
2. Add broth, peas and mushrooms. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
