Ingredients: 1 cup coarsely chopped mushrooms 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 cup margarine or butter 1-3/4 cups water 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard 4 cups seasoned dry bread stuffing cubes 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes Total time: 30 min Directions:1. Cook and stir mushrooms and onion in margarine in large saucepan over medium-high heat until tender. 2. Stir in water and mustard; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 3. Add bread cubes and parsley, stirring to coat well. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. |
