Ingredients: 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup chopped LOUIS RICH Oven Roasted Turkey Breast 1/4 cup green onion slices 8 corn tortillas Oil 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Mexican Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up 1 cup chopped tomato, divided 1/4 cup milk Total time: 35 min Directions:1. Mix cream cheese, turkey and onions until well blended. 2. Brush tortillas lightly with oil. Stack 4 tortillas on microwavable plate. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds or until softened. Repeat with remaining tortillas. 3. Top each tortilla with about 1/4 cup of the turkey mixture; roll up. Place, seam-side down, in 12x8-inch microwavable baking dish. 4. Mix process cheese spread, 1/2 cup of the tomatoes and milk in microwavable bowl. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes or until process cheese spread is melted, stirring after each minute. Pour over tortillas; top with remaining 1/2 cup tomatoes. Microwave 12 to 14 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, turning dish after 6 minutes. |
