Ingredients: 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.) 3/4 cup KRAFT or BULL`S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce 1 each zucchini and yellow squash, cut in half lengthwise 2 red, yellow or green pepper, cut into quarters 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing 1 bag (10 oz.) salad greens Total time: 20 min Directions:1. Place chicken on greased grill over medium coals. Brush with barbecue sauce. Grill, covered, 4 minutes. 2. Add vegetables to grill. Continue grilling chicken and vegetables 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, frequently brushing chicken with barbecue sauce and vegetables with dressing. 3. Slice chicken and vegetables. Toss with salad greens. Serve with additional Italian Dressing or KRAFT Ranch Dressing, if desired. |
