Ingredients: 1/4 head iceburg lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped 4 slices bacon 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup croutons 1 large tomato, cut into wedges Total time: 30 min Directions:1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. 2. Place lettuce in a small serving bowl, sprinkle with bacon and cheese. 3. Circle the bowl with croutons. Place three croutons on the cheese to represent the eyes and nose of a face. 4. With 1/4 of the tomato, cut a wedge to represent a smiling mouth. Place at bottom of bowl. 5. Drizzle with favorite salad dressing. |
