4 bananas, plump and even colored yellow, slightly brown speckled
1/3 cup SPLENDAR Granular
1/4 cup maple syrup, Log CabinR Sugar-Free Syrup
1/4 cup skim milk
1/3 cup yogurt, plain, non fat
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract, pure
2 cup small ice cubes
Total time: 30 min
1. Break bananas in half and freeze for 20 minutes or until frozen.
2. Add all ingredients to blender. Blender will be full.
3. Mix on low speed for 10 seconds. Remove lid, stir with wooden spoon. Mix on medium speed for 15 seconds, remove lid and stir again. Mix on high speed for 15-20 seconds or until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses. Serve immediately.
