Ingredients: 1/2 l milk or 2 1/2 dl cream and 2 1/2 dl water or mineral water 1 1/2 dl flour 2 eggs c. 1 tsp salt
Directions:1. Mix the flour and the milk. Add the salt and beat in the eggs. Let the batter stand for a minute before frying. 2. Fry pancakes on a hot pan, greased with butter or margarine. 3. Serve with sweet jam. |
