Ingredients: 1 1/4 lb potatoe, peeled, halved 1 ea egg yolk 5 c water parsley, chopped salt 1 bread roll, cubed 1 c milk 1/4 c fat 4 oz ham, julienned Directions:1. Cover potato haves with water, add salt, boil until tender. 2. Strain, reserving water. Mash potatoes with milk. 3. Return water to potatoes, supplementing with more water. 4. Add ham, then egg yolks mixed with a little milk. 5. Fry the cubed roll in fat to use as croutons. |
