Ingredients: 1 1/4 lb potatoes 1 egg 4 c water 1 c cream salt 1 c sour cream 1/2 t caraway seed parsley or chives Directions:1. Boil peeled potatoes cut into cubes in water seasoned with salt and caraway seed until potatoes are tender. 2. Add egg white which has been beaten with the cream, and bring to a boil. 3. Remove from fire, add egg yolk mixed with sour cream. Do not boil, just heat it. Sprinkle soup with chopped parsley or chives. |
