Ingredients: farfalle or thin spaghetti 300 gr 11 oz freshly made tomato sauce 200 gr 7 oz fresh mozzarellla 200 gr 5 oz 2 hot chilies Directions:1. Place in the blender some chopped mozzarella, 1 or finely chopped2 hot dried chilies, warm tomato sauce (not hot and not cold). 2. Blend until smooth, cook the farfalle "al dente" saute very briefly with the sauce in a pan, otherwise the mozzarella will melt. Decorate with basil leaves and serve immediately. |
