Ingredients: 1 can of creamed corn 1/4 cup of skim milk powder 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 1 teaspoon of cornflour 1 chicken stock cube 200 gm of fresh or tinned crab meat 2 shallots (eschallots or spring onions), chopped
Directions:1. Put the creamed corn, skim milk powder, Tabasco sauce, cornflour and stock cube in a food processor or blender. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the crab and the shallots. Bring the mixture to the boil and simmer for 1 minute. 2. Serve hot with crunchy crackers. |
