Ingredients: dried anchovy 3.5 oz 2 tsp of soy sauce 1 Tbs of starch syrup (Mul-yeut) 1 tsp of sugar 1 Tbs of rice wine 2 cloves of garlic 1 chilly pepper Directions:1. Coat skillet with oil and stir anchovies over low heat until smells cooked (not burned) over low heat. Set aside. 2. Chop garlic. Deseed chilly pepper and cut diagonally into 1/5 inch thick pieces. 3. In a skillet, stir soy sauce, sugar, rice wine and let it shimmer for a while. Then add cooked anchovies, chopped garlic, chilly pepper and starch syrup(mul-yut). Keep stirring. When all the ingredients are well mixed, turn the heat off, and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds on top. |
