6 slices of double smoked ham
honey ham, prosciutto or bacon
1 small bread stick, garlic butter or olive oil
2 cos lettuce
1/2 cup shaved Parmesan or Pecorino cheese
2/3 cup Caesar dressing
1. Thinly slice bread stick, brush with garlic butter or oil and bake at 160°C for about 15 minutes until crisp. Boil eggs for 5 minutes until hard, peel and chill.
2. Cut cos lettuce into pieces, wash well in cold water and refrigerate. Cut cold eggs into quarters.
3. To serve, roughly cut ham and pan fry with a little olive oil until golden brown. Lightly mix together crisp lettuce, bread croutons, hard boiled eggs cut in quarters, parmesan cheese, ham and Caesar dressing.
