Ingredients: 500g pork stir-fry strips 2 teaspoons cornflour 2 tablespoons soy sauce (salt reduced) 3 tablespoons peanut oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed 400g stir-fry vegetables, sliced or in bite size pieces (including cabbage, corn, capsicum, celery, etc) 1 cup honey and sesame stir-fry sauce to taste
Directions:1. Gather all equipment and prepared ingredients. Combine pork with cornflour, soy sauce and marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Heat wok or fry pan until hot. Add a drizzle of oil, stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Stir-fry pork in 1-2 batches for about a minute and remove. 3. Add a touch more oil, stir-fry vegetables for 30 seconds until hot, but still crisp. Return pork. 4. Push pork and vegetables to the side, add stir-fry sauce and heat through. Taste and serve with steamed rice or hot noodles. |
