Directions:1. Heat oil in large, heavy pot. Brown short ribs on all sides. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. 2. Add remaining ingredients except cabbage wedges. Cover and simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours. 3. Add cabbage wedges and cook until cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes. |
