Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried 1/2 teaspoon tarragon, dried 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 2 cups spinach, fresh, cooked, drained, and chopped 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh 1 teaspoon chives, fresh 2 cups mayonnaise, reduced fat
Directions:In a blender, combine all ingredients except the mayonnaise, and process until smooth. Stir puree into the mayonnaise, and whisk until smooth. |
