2 chicken breasts
200 grams each
25 grams butter
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
250 grams mixed soup vegetables
400 grams cooked potatoes
150 grams grated, aged cheese
salt, pepper, paprika
1. Cut the chicken in chunks. Quickly fry them in hot butter.
2. Peel and chop the garlic. Peel and mince the onion. Wash and drain thoroughly the soup vegetables. Add all to the chicken and stir fry for 5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Grease an oven dish and spoon in the mix. Sprinkle half of the cheese over it and some of the paprika. Slice the potatoes, layer them onto the cheese and add the rest of the cheese.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 C/375 F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
