Ingredients: 2 egg whites 5 oz blanched, ground almonds 2 1/2 oz powdered sugar rice paper 3 oz softened chocolate
Directions:Ground almost until fine, whip egg whites until very stiff, fold in half of the powdered sugar, whisk again until smooth. Fold in the remaining sugar and softened (not hot) chocolate and almonds. Drop in spoonfuls onto rounds of rice paperor baking paper, leaving a little room for the cookies to spread. Bake at a mild temperature (200 degrees) until cookies are set and dry. |
