Ingredients: 6 lbs. beef short ribs, rubbed with beef rub beef rub: 2 teaspoons ea. paprika, thyme, basil, rosemary, parsley, black pepper 1 onion, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 1 head caramelized garlic 1 cup mango, chopped 2 green onions 1 cup BBQ sauce 2 cups chicken broth
Directions:Preheat grill or braising pan. Brown beef ribs on all sides. In a preheated saucepan, combine onion, garlic, mango, carrot, green onions, BBQ sauce and broth. Simmer the ribs in this mixture 2 hours or until fork tender. |
