Ingredients: 1 small eggplant sliced and grilled 1 red pepper split, grilled and sliced 2 portabello mushrooms caps, grilled and sliced 1 lb. pizza dough 2 Tbsp. olive oil 1/2 head caramelized garlic 2 tsp. fresh basil Directions:Spread pizza dough into a medium saute pan. Top dough with vegetables. Pull up and roll up the edges of the dough. Overlap the dough at edges. Drizzle with olive oil, then top with caramelized garlic and basil. Bake in a 350 degree oven or on a medium grill until dough is golden. |
