Ingredients: 1 precooked 12 inch Pizza Crust 2 cups arugula 2 large fresh mozzarella balls, sliced 1 cup grape tomatoes, split 6 fresh basil leaves fresh ground black pepper 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon olive oil Directions:1. Baked pizza crust should be cool prior to assembling salad. 2. Place arugula on top of crust. Layer mozzarella over arugula. In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, fresh basil, pepper, vinegar, and olive oil. Place on top of cheese. Cut pizza into wedges with a sharp knife. |
