Ingredients: 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 3/4 cup dried apples, finely chopped 1/3 cup nuts, finely chopped 1 bay leaf 1 cinnamon stick, halved Directions:In large bowl, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cinnamon until blended. Stir in dried apples. Shape mixture into ball; roll in nuts. Insert bay leaf and cinnamon stick on top to resemble stem and leaf of apple. Refrigerate till firm. |
