Ingredients: 1/2 kg tender lamb 1/4 kg red channa 4 large tomatoes 1 tbsp tamarind juice 1 tsp garam masala 500 ml meat or vegetable stock Chilli powder
Directions:Soak channa overnight. Dice meat into half inch pieces. Mix all ingredients. Cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes. Stir. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. |
