6 oz (180 g) unboned, lean pork
6 oz (180 g) potatoes
6 oz (180 g) turnip
1 1/4 cup water
1 pinch sage
Cut pork in small pieces and remove excess fat. Peel and cut veggies into 1/2 inch cubes. Peel apple, remove heart and cut into small dices. Place everything in a saucepan and let simmer until everything is well cooked. Place in blender and freeze in cubes.
