Ingredients: 1/3 cup lite soy sauce 1/3 cup cooking sherry 1/3 cup orange or pineapple juice 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 to 6 generous drops of liquid smoke 4 8-ounce steaks Directions:1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients (except steaks) well. 2. Add steaks to bowl; allow to marinate at least 30 to 60 minutes. 3. Cook on grill to taste. |
