1. In a metal bowl, prepare the cocktail sauce with the mayonnaise, ketchup and tabasco.
2. Cut the avocado in half and hollow it out with a teaspoon.
3. Put the flesh from the avocado with the cocktail sauce and mix well. Pour the preparation in a small glass bowl. Arrange the shelled shrimps on top.
4. Decorate with a leaf of salad and some chopped chives.
