Ingredients: 1/2 litre bolognese sauce 1/2 litre bechamel 3 lasagna noodles 150 g grated cheese 50 g butter salt, pepper Time: 1 hr 30 min
Directions:Prepare the bolognese and bechamel sauces. Put one third of the noodles at the bottom of a buttered gratin dish. Add a layer of bolognese sauce, then a layer of bechamel. Put another layer of lasagna noodles and bolognese sauce. Add the last of the noodles and cover with bechamel sauce. Spread evenly on the whole surface. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a really warm oven to brown the top until golden. When cooked, serve in the baking dish. |
