Ingredients: 180 g sugar 2 eggs 250 g grated coconut Time: 25 min Directions:1. Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and pale. 2. Combine with the coconut. Mix well. 3. Butter a baking sheet. Drop pyramidal clusters of coconut dough on the baking sheet. 4. Bake for 15 minutes at 160/180 C or 320/356 F. When finished, remove gently from the baking sheet with a metal spatula and leave to cool. |
