Ingredients: 60 g gratted white chocolate 1/2 litre milk 250 g whipping cream 125 g sugar 250 g strawberry coulis 125 g whipped cream 4 big strawberries Time: 25 min Directions:Mix the chocolate, milk, whipping cream, sugar and strawberry puree together in a pot. Cook without boiling. Pour in 4 big glasses. Whip up a Chantilly and split between the 4 glasses. Decorate with a strawberry. |
