Directions:Heat wok or large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, garlic, dried red pepper, carrot and red bell pepper; stir-fry 3 minutes. Add pea pods; continue to stir-fry 2 minutes. Add noodles; cook and stir until hot. Discard dried red pepper. |
