3 pounds swordfish or bluefish steaks
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 teaspoon TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce
unsalted butter, softened (optional)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
dried seaweed for coals (optional)
1. Prepare coals for grilling.
2. Cut one lemon in half and rub each side of steaks with juice.
3. Blend mayonnaise and TABASCO Sauce in small bowl. Brush both sides of steaks. Grill both sides of steaks until just cooked through, about 6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness of steaks. Remove from grill and spread with butter, if desired.
4. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with remaining lemon cut in wedges.
