Ingredients: 2 whole large chicken breasts (about 2 pounds total), halved lengthwise 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:Remove skin from chicken breasts, if desired. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Place bone-side down in center of cooking grate. Grill 40 to 50 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. |
