Ingredients: 125 g carrots 25 g butter 200 g ripe tomatoes, skinned, de-seeded and chopped 45 g grated cheddar cheese 2 tbsp soup pasta stars cooked until soft (optional) Directions:1. Place the carrots in a small pan, cover with the boiling water and cook for about 20 minutes or until tender. 2. Warm the butter in a separate pan, add the chopped tomatoes and sauté until mushy. Remove from the heat and stir in the cheese until melted. 3. Mix together the tomato and carrot mixture and the drained cooked carrots. Blend to a purée, then combine with the cooked pasta stars. |
