Ingredients: 45 g each chopped dried mango and apricots 30 g sultanas or raisins 125 g muesli base, or 50 g each of oat and wheat flakes 25 g finely chopped hazelnuts (optional) 350 ml apple and mango juice or plain apple juice 1/2 red apple, cored and chopped extra fresh fruit, such as strawberries and kiwi fruit (optional) Directions:Soak the dried fruit, muesli base and nuts in the juice overnight or for several hours. In the morning stir in the apple and your chosen extra fresh fruit. |
