2 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled and mashed
1 zucchini, grated
1 medium egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups instant oats
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
Fresh chives, chopped
Fresh parsley, chopped
Time: 50 min
1. Heat oven to 180 C.
2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
3. Shape into burgers and dust with flour and extra oats.
4. Place on a greased oven tray and bake 15-20 minutes until golden.
