Ingredients: 1 potato Olive oil and spices 1 piece of crumbed fish Tartare or BBQ sauce Time: 20 min Directions:1. Cut the potato into wedges and nuke them until tender. 2. Chuck them in a plastic bag with a splash of oil and spices, shake about until they are all coated. 3. Put the wedges under the griller until they are golden. Oven bake the fish like it says on the box. 4. Serve with a blob of tartare or BBQ sauce. |
