Ingredients: 5 large potatoes Light olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper Time: 15 min Directions:1. Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters and boil them in lightly salted water until they are tender. Drain, return to the pot and place back on low heat. 2.
