100 g peeled potatoes
50 g butter or light olive oil
100 g goats or fetta cheese, cut into small cubes
Salt and black pepper to taste
Oil for deep frying
1 pack Wonton wrappers
Time: 30 min
1. Boil and mash the potatoes with butter or light olive oil.
2. Mix-in the cubes of cheese and season with salt and pepper.
3. Divide the mix between the Wonton wrappers, moisten the edges with water and pinch together like a dim sim or Wonton.
4. Heat the oil and deep fry until golden. Drain on a paper towel and serve with a chutney or relish.
